As some of ya'll know the new Ahriman will get the option to ride on the disk of Tz. So if the black staff rule remains the same, even with the new GW FAQ, Ahriman can manifest 3 shrieks in the shooting phase?

The current Chaos Space Marine (non-draft) FAQ allows Ahriman to cast the same witchfire power up to three times per Psychic phase.

I'm not sure how the new FAQ or the option of riding a Disc of Tzeentch changes this.

I don't see any mention of the black staff in the CSM draft. But the published general FAQ states each unit can't cast the same power more than once per turn. If the staff special rule bypasses that, it would be insanely good since Ahriman would be more mobile and shriek no longer require to roll to hit. Throw him in with the Cabal Dog Star, he'll be shriek bombing badazz
