This is a list I am working on, not meant to be super competitive. One of my friends tends to spam helldrakes and vehicles so I am wondering if I would be better off doing fusion blasters on the riptides.

Hi, if he Spams a lot of Tanks and Helldrakes it might be good to add Puretide Engram Chip and Multi-Spectrum Sensor Suit to your Buffmander so you can get ignores Cover and Tank Hunter/Monster Hunter. Also i've seen some list opt to Switch 1 Riptide to Heavy Burst Cannon with EWO and VT since Riptide Wing allows to ReRoll Nova Fails. Also your Stormsurge could take VT as a third Support System. A VT on a Stormsurge is especially nice if you use Drone-Net VX1-0 since the Drones get Interceptor and only costs 4 pts more then 2x10 Pathfinders.
