Im Making a Chaos Cult using the Genestealer Cult Rules, and i have used the "Easy To Build" AoS Bloodreavers as my Aberrants (as they're the same size), However, Im Struggling to find weapons/Bitz to convert to be their Power Hammers

I think your best bet would be to go to Kromlech. They do a couple of different sets and they are usually fast at sending orders. Also try Trolltrader as they sell Kromlech stuff. Here's Kromlech;
