I won the auction for the Bolt Action rulebook at a great price ($3), and then the user cancelled it. Given the benefit of the doubt according to eBay it's 'damaged', but I can't help have a niggling suspicion it's seller's remorse. I can't leave feedback via eBay, but I originally saw the ad for it here.
