Subject: Mother Makes a Deal With Me, But Refuses to Keep Up Her End, What Do I Do?
Basically, My Mother has Asked for Me to Get a Job (Which I Now am Going to sign the Paperwork on Monday) and has taken away all of my Games Consoles Etc (Which makes up 90% of my Entertainment) Until I get a Job...
Then She Changed the Deal for 15-20 Hours a Week Job (Which i Negotiate with my employer to get)...
THEN She Changed the deal for me to be Employed for a MONTH and THEN she'll give it back (Of Which i dont trust her to keep up and change the deal YET AGAIN)
I KNOW she hates me using it and i cant report Theft because of the Intention to return it
What do i do?

Pistols at dawn. There is no other option for such an insult to your honor.
There is no such thing as a hobby without politics. "Leave politics at the door" is itself a political statement, an endorsement of the status quo and an attempt to silence dissenting voices.

You have a job when you sign the contract...
Until then its just a prospective contract.

The fact you consider 15-20 hours per week an additional condition to your "get a job" deal inclines towards thinking you're not going into this in a good faith effort.
Getting a job that consists of less than 15 hours per week is probably not what your parent had in mind when the initial condition was set up. If you really want your games back I'd suggest a gradual hostage release scenario. Ask, humbly, for access to one system for a certain amount of time one day of the week after your first week on the job.
How long would you consider reasonable? What would you ask for? You may have a real problem with time management and not know.

"Can i use it at the Weekend?"
"No"
"Can i use just on sunday?"
"No"
And Speaking of Time Management, Im Only Allowed 2 Hours INTERNET USEAGE (Consoles, Phone Etc) a DAY, so Time Management isnt REALLY a factor here

My mum took away my console on a fairly permanent basis about a year back when I was still living with my parents abroad; I found the best tactic to get it back for any period of time was to let it slide for a considerable amount of time before asking for it, after running a few errands and doing a few favours.
I may be the biggest gaming fanatic I know, but after about a week of deprivation from video games, it was pretty easy to move forward and not think about it.
Now I'm almost on my own, I have the liberty to save for a PC, but in the circumstances I'm in, I'd certainly say that you will appreciate not having to pay a bucket load of rent each month in return for a bit more liberty. I won't specify how much I have to pay each month on fairly low and staggered income, but I can assure you it's a lot.

If you are under 18, you have no right to those consoles and no ability to own property. Get a job and stop complaining on internet forums.
If you are over 18, she has no right to confiscate your things. Report theft.
Also, for feth's sake, stop capitalizing every word.

Peregrine - If you like the army buy it, and don't worry about what one random person on the internet thinks.

This is a difficult one to legitimately help with. Your mom's not going to be impressed if you tell her 'a bunch of strangers on the internet said you should give me my games back'; honestly, the best thing for it, given the limited information we have, probably is to sign the contract, do the job, and get the games back when she gives them back. The real world kinda sucks when you first get out into it, and you're going to have to work much more than 20 hours a week to find your way. A part-time job is going to be a good way to prepare yourself for that.
Also, I don't want to seem like a jerk, but you should really fix whatever's going on with your shift key and take a stab at some more accurate punctuation. It'll make your posts much more readable.
