Just finished painting up a unit of Flayed Ones for my sons Necron Army. The unit is seventeen models consisting of one box of Flayed Ones and one box of Warriors I converted. Painting consisted of a Citadel Leadbelcher spray then an Agrax Earthsade. Then Ryza Rust and Nihilakh Oxide. Then a liberal application of Blood For the Bloodgod on the weapons and splattered on their bodies. On the five actual Flayed Ones the skin and skulls were done in the usual colors and lastly, yellow for the eyes. A very simple scheme that was quick to do and looks great on the board.
