Let's say I have a Skyfire Weapon on a tank with PotMS. Can I use PotMS to fire at a ground target with full BS?

I don't think the rules allow for that, but I want to be double-checked.

No. Unless the rule specifically states it has an effect on Skyfire, it can't affect it.
