I notice, in some user's signatures, there's a long string of letters, numbers, and symbols that contains a buttload of info when you mouse over it. How does one get that set up in their sig?

Edit: And, furthermore, is there a place all this sort of info is found? I feel like this is the second thread I've made tonight about simple questions.
