Hey, so I've wanted to play a Thousand Sons army for a while and have put it on hold whilst I make my Tyranid army solid and now I'm ready to make a Tzeentchian army. The new releases are also very helpful as access to new Rubric Marines.

Anyway I am not a massive fan of the blue, it is really awesome but not really what I want to do. I had a really cool idea to make the rubrics look like statues, I was thinking a bronze style with the oxide paint on to make them look like actual statues (as they pretty much are) so the whole dust and mindless armour style lore fits with the models. I wouldn't do Ahriman like this though but I would make his armour darker.

So any tips for the colours I could get for the rubrics? Thanks.

Red could work as they were red pre-heresy, have some sorcerer trying to hold onto the past by keeping the old colours, but basically anything after all it's your army

Yeah a bronze scheme with verdigris to make them look like statues would be a really cool colour scheme
