So I'm making a Raven Guard successor army and want my chapter master to have power claws and a jump pack.
So the Kayvaan Shrike model is really good leading me to the question of can I use a named character model as a counts as?

And how much conversion do you think he needs?

It depends on the general theme and background of the chapter you're playing. Is it an official chapter? A homebrew? I would at least shave a little detail off here or add another there to let people know it isn't just (insert primary color) Shrike.
