I'm away form my BRB right now an a thought occurred. Is there wording that disallows you to use Maledictions on your allied units that are Convenience, Desperate or Come the Apoc (all considered "enemy units"). I know that you cannot shoot or assault these units, but I don't remember there being such wording for psychic powers.

If it is possible, could you cast Treason of Tzeentch from the new Tzeentch discipline in the WoM book on an allie to effectively "double" your shooting with that unit.
For example, Magnus casts it on an allied WratihKnight, which resolves its shooting in the psychic phase, then again in shooting phase as normal.

Setting aside the abomination of a list that would include Magnus AND Eldar, is this possible?

Allies of Convenience specifies that they cannot be targets of psychic powers and the other two build on that, so no. It's in the paragraph above the bullet points.

Spoiler:
Maledictions target one or more enemy units and, unless otherwise stated, last until the start of the Psyker’s next Psychic phase.

'Treason of Tzeentch' specifies who you can target with the power, limiting it to "... an enemy non-vehicle unit..."

That would allow it since they are treated as enemy units. Allies of convenience stops it though.

Thank goodness. As soon as I thought of this, a shiver of terror ran up my spine at the thought of someone abusing it.
But since non-BB Allies cannot be targeted by Psychic powers, all is well.
