The first one looks like a selfie done through a mirror (since we see the phone in the picture), in which case right and left are reversed, and the emperor is on the left shoulder.
The 2nd looks like a picture taken by someone else, and would then be the right shoulder.

I'm not a tattoo guy, but damn, that looks cool.
Reminds me of HR Giger level work.

Love the tattoo. I would never be able to convince myself to get something 40k so prominent on myself. But it looks absolutely ace.

I am the guy who has the tats on ^_^
The Emperor tatto is a selfie and Horus was made in the tattoo salon by a photographer.
