Hey guys,

So a mate of mine doesn't have a huge amount of money to spend on his Ork models and one of the ways that I thought he could enjoy his Orks more is if they were more competitive. The only way I could think to do this while still conforming to the current 7th Edition rules and Codexes is to create a supplement myself that will be accepted among our group of mates who play 40K as well as (hopefully) the players at our FLGS's. But here's my problem: Because of my job and whatnot, I don't have the time to research Orks enough as well as be creative enough to create an Ork Clan fluff-wise AND develop a supplement for them, so I was hoping for Dakkka's help!

What I was hoping the Dakka community could help me with is at least the basis of an idea for an Ork Clan which I could turn into the Ork equivalent of C:SM Chapter Tactics. Warlord Traits, Unique Units (e.g. HQ and LOW units), etc etc.

Cheers guys

Not really coming up with a ton of ideas but I always liked the concept of having a "Cult of Bork" with Orks who are fanatical followers of an Ork god called Bork and want to herald his return (I think it use to be an Ork god way back in the earlier editions of 40k but I could be wrong). Anyways misguided or not they are very zealous Orks who have lots of Yellerz who could act similar to IG priests. The Borkanaut could be a thing of beauty as the Orks will not let their god idol walker be out classed by the Gorka/Morkanauts. Perhaps one of their things is they think Grots are a plague onto the Orks and purge them because they think it makes Orks lazy and thus weaker.

Just a few ideas I had, hope that helps in some way.

It doesn't have any new ork clans but it does have a lot of old stuff that's been dropped over time (brewaboyz woo!).

40k drinking game: take a shot everytime a book references Skitarii using transports.

Is such a thing as a third Ork God even a thing? I mean - I'm inclined to believe in such a thing since minor Chaos Gods can exist (e.g. Malice).

Sounds solid

Looks good. I'll try to adapt some of it.
