Hi people ! So I already have a KDK armyr (plus a cabal on bike and some vanilla vehicules), and I'm interested in starting a new army Legion themed. At first, I thought it would be a WE legion army, but now I might also consider a BL or a EC army to try some new flavours. However, I'm uncertain on which to choose. BL let us take Chosen and Termies as troops, which I do like (more 2+ saves and more meltaguns). But the EC also give us access to the fantastic sonic weapon (improved if you take the formation) and a neat 4+ FnP if you take the icon of excess. What's your opinion on this ?

I would say that depends on the three following things.

1) What is your meta like?
2) Are you building for cool or comp? Both?
3) Are you planning to add in your existing models or start from scratch?

If you are building for cool, get a Night Lords army using Forgeworld models for raptors

Do you mean the Night Raptors? Urgh, they look like proto-wulfen with those poses. IMO this is one of the cases where GW trumps FW, the Raptor kit for 40K CSM looks better and has a lot more options/spares.

I mostly like to play both range and melee. I'm building both for cool and comp (but not at an insane level, I still want to keep my friends). I might even start from scratch (except for my vehicules). After all, a guy needs to have projects ahead of him.
