Eldar Farseer have Runes of Farseer ability that says
Once in each Psychic phase, a model with this special rulecan re-roll any number of dice used in a single Deny the Witch test of Psychic test.

Can Farseer use the runes to "guide", lets say a warlock who screwed his psychic test? It says "single" not "their". But rule is still tied to the model, so i wonder if this ability can be used by Farseer on other models.

And Autarch's path of command says
If your army contains one or more Autarchs or Autarch Skyrunners, you can modify any of your Reserve Rolls by +1 or -1.

I assume i can modify reserve rolls from Allied detachment, regardless of how "friendly" they with my main one. Or there is some quirk with "threated as enemies that cannot be attcked" or something?

On the farseer, it's funny, I always played/have seen it played as Farseer only, I'm sure that's how it is intended but reading it, like you said, it says a psychic test, so RAW, it seems any.

I hope someone can prove me/us wrong because it's not how I'd play it.

The autarch, yes, any reserves.

Models can only re-roll their own rolls unless explicitly stated otherwise. A farseer can't re-roll a warlock's psychic test just as a prescienced unit cannot re-roll another unit's to-hit rolls.

Prescience says the target unit can re-roll all failed to-hit rolls, not "their" failed to hit rolls. This doesn't grant them the ability to re-roll anybody's shots. Similarly, a farseer with the ability to re-roll dice for "a psychic test" doesn't grant him the ability to re-roll other psykers' dice.

Ambiguous wording, anyway the FAq says Farseer can only re-roll a deny the witch with the runes if THEY are the target of such power.

Even without the FAQ, the wording was not ambiguous. All you have to do is refer to the DTW section of the BRB and read where it says DTW can not be modified in any way unless the unit with the bonus is the target (or something like that). Ergo, if you have a model/unit with a bonus to DTW, it only applies if that model/unit is the target.
