Subject: Blood Angels - Chapter Ancients - Well Timed Blow Questions

I have three things to ask that need answering within the next 5 hours.
I'm going to use chapter ancients formation for the first time and I'm unclear on the following situations.
#1 - When using the well timed blow special rule MUST all units in the formation use it at the same time? Or do they each get to use it once per game individually the same way they can choose wether they shoot or pile in and fight. So If I have lets say 2 ranged dreads and a furioso, can I shoot my 2 dreads twice turn 1 and then use well timed blow with the furioso in the later turns or am I giving up the furiosos's well timed blow if I want to use it on the Riflemen dreads on turn 1?
#2 - If I put the furioso w/Frag Cannon in a drop pod, can he make use of well timed blow on turn 1 to shoot the frag cannon twice? The rule says instead of moving, would arriving via Drop Pod prevent the rule from taking effect?.
#3 - If I activate well timed blow while within 3" of an enemy unit, can I use this pile-in move to make an assault? Or does it only apply when already engaged in a combat?

#2 - Deep Striking and Disembarking count as Movement. If we use a little common sense from that and look at precedence provided by the Ordnance, yes, they have been considered moving for this rule.
I am too unfamiliar with the rule to properly answer the other two.

Lieutenant General

From Codex Blood Angels
Well-timed Blow: Once per battle, at the start of any Blood Angels turn, the Dreadnoughts in this Formation can deliver a Well-timed Blow upon the foe...
The wording "... the Dreadnoughts..." indicates that all units use the rule at the same time otherwise it would be worded along the lines of "... a Dreadnought..." or "... each Dreadnought...".
