Has anyone tried out the Playstation Now game streaming service on PC? Is it any good?

I've wanted to play The Last of Us for a long time, just not enough to fork out for a console.

I don't understand what this is. Is it an official emulator? What do they mean by streaming? Doesn't that mean is a twitch / broadcasting thing? What are the system requirements for the pc? Can I play bloodborne without showing the world how terrible I am?
