Khorne cares not from whence the blood flows, only that it does.

That model is gorgeous. The skin looks realistic, as does the blood on the axe. Some people put too much blood on their models, but this one looks good. The base is good too! If I'd painted this, I'd be unable to actually bring myself to sell it.

My armies (re-counted and updated on 11/7/24, including modeled wargear options):
Dark Angels: ~16000 Astra Militarum: ~1200 | Imperial Knights: ~2300 | Leagues of Votann: ~1300 | Tyranids: ~3400 | Stormcast Eternals: ~5000 | Kruleboyz: ~3500 | Lumineth Realm-Lords: ~700

The Grotsnik Corp Bump Feelerer 9,000. It only looks like several bricks crudely gaffer taped to a cricket bat.

It's a very well done paint job. Could I ask what paints you used for the skin as they are very natural?

My only criticism is to with the NMM. It's very well done but I think it contrasts too much with the rest of the model because the skin/background is all done very naturally but the NMM seems to be a bit more 'cartoonish' and hence it clashes a bit with the rest of the model. It's stylistic preference rather than anything complaint on the painting though!

"Because while the truncheon may be used in lieu of conversation, words will always retain their power. Words offer the means to meaning, and for those who will listen, the enunciation of truth. And the truth is, there is something terribly wrong with this country, isn't there? Cruelty and injustice, intolerance and oppression. And where once you had the freedom to object, to think and speak as you saw fit, you now have censors and systems of surveillance coercing your conformity and soliciting your submission. How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror. " - V
