Subject: 200pt KILL TEAM Video Battle Report - Raven Guard Vs. Dark Angels
It has been a WEEK! ... Looking forward to the weekend ... And what better way to usher in the weekend than a brand-new Glacial Geek KILL TEAM Battle Report! https://youtu.be/AvFAHiEux7k This week my Dark Angels take on the Raven Guard! The two forces made their way, silently, through the thick undergrowth. They chose their steps carefully so as not to alert the enemy of their respective locations. Movement! Through a stand of trees the enemy is sighted. The Space Marines raise their bolters and fire. It is a direct hit! Good thing this is only a training exercise or that would be one less Battle Brother fighting for the Emperor. Will the Dark Angels be able to get the upper hand on their Battle Brothers, or will the practiced expertise of the Raven Guard's small team tactics be too much for the Unforgiven to handle? Watch and find out!

That one looked like fun despite being kind of one-sided. Raven Guard are pretty good on the first turn especially with night fighting, meaning they get a 4+ save even out in the open. Also that Imperial Space Marine is really good, plus he's a cool model. I just had to get one myself (one of my FLGS's had several in stock somehow) despite the fact that I'm not 100% sure if Dark Angels can even take him.
My armies (re-counted and updated on 11/7/24, including modeled wargear options):
Dark Angels: ~16000 Astra Militarum: ~1200 | Imperial Knights: ~2300 | Leagues of Votann: ~1300 | Tyranids: ~3400 | Stormcast Eternals: ~5000 | Kruleboyz: ~3500 | Lumineth Realm-Lords: ~700

The Grotsnik Corp Bump Feelerer 9,000. It only looks like several bricks crudely gaffer taped to a cricket bat.

It definitely was fun! That's been an awesome thing about filming these games is that the people who come on know how to have fun with it which is awesome! And laughing is the only way to ease the pain of getting beat down ;-) ... The Imperial Marine is awesome! GW did come out and say he is able to be used in any of the marine factions so I say go for it, even though some try hard might try to call you out on it (I can't remember where I saw GW come out and say it otherwise I would link it so you could keep it for argument defense ;-))
