Hey there! Been here in Eugene, Oregon for just under two years now and am decidedly getting back into warhammer 40k! Mostly for painting/modeling purposes but definitely intrigued by the prospect of the occasional game here and there! Just putting out feelers to see what the best spots to play and purchase are around town and who's all in the area for potential games! I have several huge armies back home in California that I will most likely be retrieving a great majority of when I go to visit at the end of next month. (I used to play heavily from 3rd/4th edition up until the beginning of 6th ed for 40k and from 5th ed up through right before 8th edition came out for WHFB). For the meantime will be buying/converting and painting a small home brew marines chapter that will utilize grey knights rules based on a custom made up heresy era subsect of the Thousand sons, which I will post the fluff of once it's complete and I have started converting and painting the models! Been about two years since I've hobbied or played any games so I know quite a bit has changed, but I am still excited at the prospect of meeting new folks similarly obsessed with the plastic crack as I am.
