Anyone fancy petitioning GW to release a Phoenix Lord for the Warp Spiders? 8th Ed is looking like next summer release anyway and a Phoenix lord model update was announced earlier this year...

A petition won't do anything.

And from the way 40k releases are going it looks like you're shifting into the End Times. However if fantasy is anything to go by, the End Times is also followed by a small amount of cool releases. And the End Times is specifically noted as being the time when the Phoenix Lords band together to get stuff done.

You the chances of a Warp Spider Phoenix Lord is higher than most other characters, because he has a reason to be there. So at least there is that.

The thing is lore says nothing about the WArp spiders Phoenix lords, just a little bit in a novel, on the other Hand we have the history of Drastanta (Shinning spears) who vanished after Asurmen died for 1st time and even had a relic made ingame.
