So I am a new CSM player and I have heard about a character named Be'lakor but obviously he is not in the CSM codex. I guess my question is can I field him in my army (legally) and where do I find his stats and info? Thanks

Well, he has his own dataslate.

Functionally he is a Lvl3 psycher that knows all the powers on telepathy, he has eternal warrior, shrouded, a fleshbane armourbane sword, 4++, if an enemy unit fails a moral check then he gets D3 extra warp charges in his psychic phase.

So he is pretty hardcore, best used to run around and cast invisibility and all the other amazing powers on telepathy.

He is very pricey though at 350 points.

If he fits in your list then he is a beast, if he doesn't then its a wasted 350 points.

He needs multiple units to buff and support. He can kill stuff, but don't risk it as he can't jink when he is gliding.
