Hi guys, been updating my list and just got some new goodies for xmass, 1850 list, mostly facing off against Chaos space marines, Orks and Tau. I go for fluff over anything else, so a Crusader is a must and no Centurions or scouts (they go in a crusader sqd as Neophytes ) Any opinions and suggestions are welcome

I would eventually like to replace the Assault Squad with another Vindicator and run them as a pair.
Also once funds permit i might get another Storm talon and some speeders for the formation...no idea what id swap them in for though.
Anything you guy see that absolutely shouldn't be there, or something that maybe would just work that much better?
Open to suggestions.

All in all i think this is a nice list. Your army is very mobile which is always good. not sure if it would be worth changing one of the razor backs for a rhino, then swap the plasma cannon for a plasma gun and max the squad out as much as possible (think thats a personal preference though)

Also i'm not to sure how good a tech priest is atm, so would be tempted to swap him out for a chaplain.

Thanks for the reply, a Jump pack chaplain would actually be quite awesome, but the Techmarine is really there for no other reason than because i like the model. Could swap him out, but if i do eventually get another Vinidcator, can run the Vindicators and the predator in an armored spearhead formation with the Techy

a jump pack chaplain would be a great addition to the Assault marines .. I think it would be better because putting one with the crusader squad could be risky with having a 1/3 of your pnts tied up with 1 squad/vehicle.

Yeh the spearhead formation would be pretty nice and would give you more anti armor firepower.

Just wondering if you could shave points and get both the tech and chap if you have the spearhead formation. Could always drop a razor back squad and max out the Asualt quad as much a possible

Thanks for the advice mate. I sometimes forget the Crusader squad in the LRC is not an Elites choice! Just might give a full assault squad with a chaplain a few test games.
