Posting as I continue to work through a tabletop army for myself.
Simple yet effective paint work. Might still hit the black with some grey highlights.
Man, love the gentle curves of the Eldar.
Fire Prism, Jetseer, Wraithguard and Wraithknight to come shortly.

Looks phenomenal  love the gradient on the forward surface.
Have you got any ideas for conversions? Iybraesil being matriarchal would lend it to a lot of female HQ conversions
