Comes to 1850 points. The plan is as follows; The Dreadnoughts come in first turn with one of the Aquila Teams, followed soon after by the other two teams. The Blackstars will be empty, just providing anti-air. I'm hoping that the Storm shields will help make up for the lack of manpower by increasing survivability, and that my flyers will have enough influence to carry the day. It really is an all or nothing kind of list.

Recently I have been a fan of WMs for my DW.

They give a squad a significant amount of CC bite, and help the flexibility of your army but YMMV.

Also, your board presence is gonna be gak turn one and might be gak turn two and beyond as the flyers and expensive and you still have to roll for the drop pods that don't come in turn one.

Most super shooty armies won't have an issue dishing out a tabling, but I don' think that is an issue.

DW, being the end-all be-all of glass cannons, need to hit super super super hard turn one to even the playing field. I don't think the dreads allow you to do that, but again, YMMV.

I agree with Gummyofallbears. You do need to hit siper hard turn 1. You are better off sending in the Dreads turn 2+

Also why not run 1 or 2 Generic Vet squads. You can combat squad them up to get a couple of extra units on the table turn 1. It also allows you target more units via shooting.
