So the Autarch joins the Reavers as a CC distraction unit.
Both WKs start on the Landing Pad and plink away a armoured targets. The can advance if needed.
The Farseer (WL) joins the 5 Scatterbikes on the Pad.
The Lhamaean starts on an objective that is out of LoS.
Venoms & Scatterbikes shred infantry (or light AV if needed)

I want this to be competitive without being TFG, hence the lack of any D, less Scatterlasers and the inclusion of Reavers and an Autarch.
