Hey guys,

I havent seen rules to say that I need to deploy the imperial strongpoint with everything connected, do I need to connect them all or can I deploy them as I see fit?

If you get a network of options, they should all be inter-connected. This is mostly for the WoM.
This is the same for options like the ADL.

Stand-alone options, like the big turrets, need to be within 6" of any other part of a network.

But, the Strongpoint is not a network, so each option can be placed as normal.

iirc every piece needs to be connected with at least another piece, so no, you don't have to connect everything.

So a bastion would need to connect to a ADL then on to a bastion? That's if it's a network, is the strong point a network then?

I think the book says it is, so this means all connected then. If that's the case does the full ADL have to be 1 line or can I split it up with it on either side of 1 bastion?

iirc, individual things like an Ageis defense line, must be touching and any upgrade it takes such as a gun, ammo store or whatever must be within 6".

However, the Imperial Strongpoint, only partially follows this: Ageis defense lines still must be connected to its self, but not others. Bastions can be placed where ever and the same for their upgrades. But all must still follow the basics. A Bastion that takes tank traps or barbed wire, still must be placed in its bubble. But another bastion can be placed on the other side of your deployment zone and have its own upgrades in their bubble.

I hope thats clear enough.
