I have a 4000pt game arranged for Friday and I thought this might be a good time to try out a full Thousand Sons list (with some friends). Let me know what you think.

This gives me 56 base WC (ML52 + 4 from Herald formation) so I should get off at least a few powers.
Any suggestions are welcome and I will be doing a battle report (no pictures sorry :( ) if anyone is intersted.

You don't seem to have a lot of boots on the ground for a 4k game.
But I understand it isn't the way this list work.

Who's the warlord? Lots of good options.
The loci of creation is an odd choice without pinks.
Why not pinks instead of cultists with belakor?

The blue horrors, cultists and summoned pinks were supposed to bring up the number of models.
It's only 15 terminators and I am having to use some chaos terminators as stand ins until I can get enough occult termies.

I was going to make Ahriman the warlord to use his d3 infiltrate warlord trait to get my termies up field faster.
The loci of creation os there for the herald to join summoned pink horror units and sit on an objective exploding out blues.
Using cultists saves me 100pts for all my upgrades and mastery levels.

Can't have 2 cannons on 5 termie models. I guess you mean cannon-helyfire which is a-ok.
If I were you I would make my Pandaemoniad into my primary detachment. This way I would benefit from the new (rerollable) warpstorm table, which actually favors Tzeentch pretty good. Otherwise, it might be best just to have a Daemon Cad instead of the pandaemoniad, because orerolling 1's on all saves (including go-to-ground cover saves) is better than having ephemeral form. Be'Lakor can be HQ of an allied detachment, no need for the second cultist unit. You may make the first cultist unit a 20-strong man one in order to hide your exiles better for the first turn.
Very important: Mind you! If the exiles join up and become one unit, they cannot use the same psychic power more than once. ie if you have a scream on 3 guys, only one is allowed to cast it as long as they are one unit. So put your witchfires on Ahriman in this case. Of course you can split your sorcs and fly around and have 6 psychic screams and scream until your opponents' ears bleed.

Not a huge fan of the athenean scrolls. You don't have a way to ensure that the sorc that gets it actually gets good powers to use with it. Also, when you get to cast 15-20 spells per turn, your opponent can always afford to not even care about the scrolls guy anyways and just try to deny another power instead. I think the scrolls will be good in low point games, 500-750 range or so where you get only one main sorcerer and you want this guy to be casting with no interruptions.
