Would hammer of wraith attacks be increased by abilities which increase the models strength?

I know weapons and war gear do not impact it but lets say, a psyker on a bike casts some biomancy on himself before charging. Would the bikes conferred hammer of wrath be increased Strength due to Biomancy? Or would it be ignored as everything else.

Thoughts?

I believe the rules for Hammer of Wrath will answer your question.

0000 - Rest Period - BUT YOU BETTER NOT SPEND FOUR WHOLE HOURS SLEEPING. IF YOU DO YOU ARE NOT ANGRY ENOUGH AND TOMORROW YOU GET THE FIRST CHANCE TO PLAY PIN THE TAU ON THE CARNIFEX.

Hammer of Wrath uses the model's "unmodified" strength, so no.

However, that is also true for any negative modifiers the model is suffering from.
