This is my 1500pts Fist of Medusa force any advice is welcome.

The Captain Joins the Command Squad.
The Assault Squad are good for dropping next to large mobs of troops or for hitting a big gribble things. The CCW Scouts steal the Dev's Rhino and go play pains in the but while the rest castle up with the devs to guard objectives.

I would really try to find room for the apothecary upgrade for the command squad. With that the Command Squad has a 3++fnp due to their detachment rules.

Honestly, this is a good force, but I would recommend just about any other chapter other than the iron hands, as you're not qute taking advantage of their two major things, granting FNP to elite infantry, and buffed up tanks and techpriests.
In fact, I'd recommend slamanders, ultramarines or Imperial fists. As all of their chapter tactics would be a significant better boon than iron hands for this list.

Been Thinking about peoples advice and decided to try something a little ehm silly. The Captain joins a tac squad the librarians join the other two tac squads and the assault squad. So this seem any better or just more silly?

This is one of the the best SM Formations out there. The Command Benefit is too cool to be true, but I have one teeny-weeny suggestion here. Swap Battle-Demi for Stormlance Battle-Demi. This allows you to disembark, shoot and go back inside the rhino in the same turn. If you are shooting at captured objective you are also becoming a Crimson Fists for a moment, because you re-roll 1 to hit (I guess I may be wrong about re-rolling, but If i am I guess I will be corrected pretty soon). Of course all your units from the core must start on transport, which is not a problem as you can have transports.

Stormbolters are barely worth it when free. Here, you pay points to make yourself worse. You would be better off keeping the bolt pistol so you get an extra attack with the force weapon. Marine lists generally put enough bolter shells downrange just by existing. I’d rather see auspexes for the points.
I’m vaguely recall the new draft FAQ frowning upon taking multiple relics. And I thought it was either/or when you had access to different lists anyway.
I’d not mix flamers and melta in the same squad. Pick a job, and gear for it. Also, not fond of vet sarges in tac squads. Those points could be better spent elsewhere.
I like my assault squads with JPs, but they might work OK in the razor.
If you are going to mech up a dev squad, I’d stick 2 grav cannons in a rhino. Not sure the extra bodies are worth it.
Overall the structure of your list looks fine. So did your first list for that mater. Just a few tweaks I’d do.

Totally agree about the vet sergeants. I'd rather trim this down and invest into gravs on Devs or maybe trim some more points elsewhere and make a Devastator Squad of 4 lascanons.

Your right it's not the Axe of Medusa on him was working on my bike list which uses it. changed that. Only using the storm bolters because i'm using some spare grey knights to make them and i can;t really ignore the Storm bolters already on there arms. The Battle Company has been tested in a number of games and i'm happy with it. it's the bits attached to it to make it a fist of Medusa that i'm really unsure of.
