Although we get to see a lot of official and fan-based iconography of the Emperor, I can't seem to recall ever seeing even a description of how the Mechanicus cult depicts the Omnissiah version of the Emperor.

I know its different somehow, because all the non-Mechanicus characters like say Ciaphas Cain, when passing by an Omnissiah shrine notice that it is different.

Only thing I can think of that -might- be some version of the Omnissiah is the recent Spacehulk: Deathwing game. one of the levels in the game shows a temple within a Mechanicus ship with a rather large statue......

I would imagine its much like the classical drawing of a man (Da Vinci drawing, or Michelangelo) with the arms and legs outstretched, but on half is bionics, representing the fusion of the flesh and the machine
