I decided to go with The Black legion, mostly because they seemed to be a pretty good starting point in terms of painting. I am however very interested in death guard and the thousand sons, especially since the new rubric marines were released

Hi there and welcome ! Ah with the new releases you'll be quite happy as a Chaos player I guess, I hope they'll update their codex to make it on par with the other factions though, I read multiple times that they are a bit weak at the moment on tabletop :/
