Does anyone know where I could get a clear plastic tube that'd be easy to cut? I want to replace the power rods on this with a clear tube that I'm going to fill with colored water effects, but I cant for the life of me think where I could get something to use. The tube'd have to be a little bigger than a quarter in diameter and be something that wouldnt require special tools to be cut (so no glass, which is all I could think of)

One option might be a pet store, specifically aquarium pump tubing? Might be too flexible for that use though, but it'd be easy to cut.

A quick search on Amazon for plastic tube or polycarbonate tube will yield good results. There a wide variety of plastic containers / test tubes that would be easy to cut. As an alternative, the polycarbonate tube is available in lots of sizes by the foot.
