Hello everyone, I hope this is the right place to put this.
So I took a break from warhammer and GW right before things started to get interesting with the End Times and now I'm looking to get back into it all again with Age of Sigmar. Being a fluff lover at heart though I'm wanting to catch up with everything I've missed. I kept a toe in the hobby circle during my break so I have a rough idea of what's happened but I really want to get neck deep in the stories. So I have two (sort of similar) questions for you lovely people:

1- What's the best books to get to catch up on the fluff of the End Times?

2- What's the best way to catch up on the new fluff for Age of Sigmar. I'm really interested in learning as much about the world/realms as possible since I like to theme my armies. Individual character arcs and the like are less important bit still interesting.

I've been having a lot of fun reading the facts on Lexicanum but now I'm wanting the narrative and the stories to sink my teeth into. Thanks in advance!

My recommendations are:
-Legends of the Age of Sigmar - Skaven Pestilens
-Legends of the Age of Sigmar - Fyreslayers
-Warbeast

You may also want to wait for a couple of months - the new books, coming out in 2017, are expected to have a lot more information on the realms and general lore than the ones before.

I agree with this post!

I will also have to recommend pantheon or you can read the short story summary in my lore thread. Since it gives information on what's at the end of the realms plus it's quite a nice fable story.
