The image upload doesn't seem to be working. You best bet would be to upload the picture onto a 3rd party image hosting service such as Imgur, and then paste the image's URL into the little address bar just above the image upload portion.

If you're using Chrome, you can translate the page from french.

For the cards I have made I used the X-Wing plug in for Strange Eons, it is free and works really well.
