It seems theres no news and rumour thread on this kickstarter so I thought I'd make one as it looks great, seems like a brilliant way to solve the storage issue of gaming boards

It's hard to see from the kickstarter but the downside of this would seem to be that you need a table big enough for this to sit on - in which case, for the price, I'd just go for a mat for convenience.

Anytime I've made a 6x4 game board I've opted for 2x4 MDF boards, then you can get away with a bit of overhang if your table isn't 6x4 or above. Take up hardly any storage space because you just stand them flat against a wall. No, you can't glue your buildings and stuff to them, but who does that?
