My main concern is Ezekiel - he's rather lonely by himself, and he'd slow down the Ravenwing. I'm considering grabbing a Rhino just for him...

I could just use the SM Librarius Conclave, but what's the fun in that.

Mace of Redemption isn't the most point effective thing - and I'd likely drop that for a Rhino, or a BK.

Yeah, 'Zeke is the problem here - it's really annoying we have to take him in the Conclave instead of it being optional (like 'Tiggy in the SM one).
Stretching for a Rhino either takes you Unbound, or forces you to take a CAD tax. Neither of those options seems particularly appealing. Honestly, using the SM Conclave instead might be worth considering.

Mace of Redemption is easily the most popular of our relics, and only struggles against 2+ saves, which might be worth changing the DW command to 3x TH/SS and 1x LC (you've also got the champion for at-Initiative AP2 goodness).

I agree, dump Ezekiel and the DA conclave and ally in a regular SM conclave. If Ezekiel could take a bike, it would be a different story, but that's not how GW rolls.
