As the title says, is there a good way to build a pure stealth list, using Ghostkeels and Stealth suits? Are the Optimized Stealth Cadre and Ghostkeel Wing any good? Are markerlights still viable in an army focused entirely on these suits?

Markerlights are always important.

The optimized stealth cadre is the strongest formation for tau with a close second in the riptide wing.

The ghostkeel wing is only good if you have units without stealth in the army.

Having 3 ghostkeels in 1 unit in the OSC gives them a near permanent BS5.

So, at 1850 just build two OSC and then with the remaining points throw in Marker Drone nets.

I was thinking about making a stealth army also. I'm going to stick with one ghostkeel power OSC though. I want more units on the table.

So adding more bodies to the stealth squads? Can't you only take two squads and three ghostkeels in it?

You can have up to 6 suits per squad.
The safety and fire power lost from not having 3 ghostkeel in a squad is to much in my opinion. 1 ghostkeel has 2 less shot than 3 stealth suits.
