I think Duncan's stuff is good because he mentions a lot of 'obvious' small things which a beginner might not realise that a lot of other tutorials skip over.

The tutorial section here is good too if you want to achieve specific effects.

As above, warhammer tv videos are awesome.

However the most overused and offered piece of advice (for good reason) is to thin your paints. If nothing else, this will serve you very well.
