For Christmas my girlfriend has bought me the nights hero's pack as I've been playing ST with friends, however I already bought both the hero kits. This game is what got me back into warhammer after over a decade away so I don't want them to go to waste.

I'm looking for tips and help converting 3 if the hero's into other hero's I don't have.

Having so long away from the hobby I have very few spares. Help and guideswith conversations and ideas of who to make into who.

I'm very unfamiliar with the heroes kit as I've never seen it in person and the only photos I can find of it online are small, blurry or out of focus so I'm not sure how much help I'll be
You could use greenstuff for minor alterations, swap weapons around and trim off icons.
You could just replace the weapons and give them different paint jobs. Sometimes a palette swap works on almost-identical figures
