In the army entry for SM predators, the special rule Killshot states that "Whilst this unit includes 3 predators, every Predator in the unit has monster hunter and tank hunter". Does this mean you lose the SRs as soon as one of them goes down or otherwise separates from the unit? Or does it mean the unit has to number 3 at the start of the game? I think it might mean the former unfortunately, but maybe I'm wrong, or atleast I hope so.

"Whilst" simply means "while", which can also be said as, "during the time that".

So it's only so long as you have three predators in the unit. As soon as one or more drop off for any reason you lose the Killshot bonus.

The reading that you lose the SR once you go below 3 predators definitely reads like the correct one.
