Unrelenting Rubric Terminator of Tzeentch

I find the lack of a good ally detachment analogue and of a power-armor Rubricae formation disturbing, so here are my takes on them.

Formation- Rubricae Bodyguard
+1 Sorcerer, Exalted Sorcerer, or Ahriman
+1 unit of Rubric Marines or Scarab Occult Terminators

Restrictions: This is a Thousand Sons detachment. This formation's Sorcerer, Exalted Sorcerer, or Ahriman must begin the game attached to this formation's unit of Rubric Marines or Scarab Occult Terminators and may not leave that unit whilst it survives.

Special Rules:
Masters of Arcane Knowledge (as per the Wrath of Magnus/Traitor Legions Grand Coven Detachment)
As the Sorcerer Commands: Whilst the Rubric Marines or Scarab Occult Terminators are alive, characters from this formation automatically pass Look Out Sir! attempts.

Formation- Rubricae Phalanx
+1 Sorcerer, Exalted Sorcerer, Daemon Prince, Ahriman, or Magnus
+3-9 units of Rubric Marines

Restrictions: This is a Thousand Sons detachment.

Special Rules:
Objective Secured
Fusillade of Arcane Fire: Units from this formation have Preferred Enemy when shooting at units hit by a Witchfire psychic power.
Favored of Tzeentch(as per Wrath of Magnus/Traitor Legions)

I'm not familiar enough with TSons fluff to say if a bodyguard unit is fluffy, but I like it mechanically. It's not crazy powerful, which I also like: A small bonus, to help keep your special characters alive a little longer. I would add that they *must* try and take Look Out, Sir! to protect the attached Sorcerer whenever possible, but aside from that it seems good.

For the other, bigger, formation, I'm a little unclear on something. So... If you hit a unit with a Witchfire in the Psychic phase, models get Preferred Enemy against them in the Shooting phase? Or do they just always get PE once someone is hit by a Witchfire? Or do they get PE when shooting witchfires? Your wording needs to be a little clearer there. If I'm reading it right, then maybe something like this:

Whenever an enemy unit is hit by a witchfire from a model in this formation, all other units in this formation have Preferred Enemy against that unit during the next Shooting Phase.
