My newest iteration of a competitive Lion's Blade list, I believe this is relatively strong for a TAC list. If anyone has any suggestions for improvement, feel free to comment.

Would the flamer in the tactical squad not be better off in the assault squad of that same demi?

And purely from a fluff standpoint, I'd have put single grav cannons to the dev units before handing them out to the tacs :-) almost no difference in reality though.

Is there a particular benefit to putting in the same demi? There are literally so many MSU in this list that it's hard to keep track of who's in each demi and even what the squads are. The assault squads don't seem to offer any benefit over a tactical squad, so as long as it's on the field, it doesn't seem to matter where the flamer is.

I meant that the assault squad in that demi has no flamer, whilst the one in the other demi already has one - rather than doubling-up with two flamers in one ASM unit.

The ASM are still armed only with BP/CCW, and the tacs are still armed with Boltguns. In an ideal world only one of those units wants to be close enough to use the flamer. Sure, you could keep the flamer in the tac squad purely for an assault-deterrent, but that seems like missing it's potential.
The embarked units are only going to get dumped on objectives, potentially leaving a flamer in a tac squad with nothing to do, whilst an ASM squad will be aiming to get closer to the enemy regardless.

YMMV. Just mentioning it as what I would have done.

Good point, I'll move some things around to accommodate that.
