It's a good list definitely. I'm not sure about using a vsg. Some competitive settings do ban it. It's better for a static gun line army as well. I see why you wanna take it, you have a couple high value targets in the trukks but the vsg just hasn't been the same since the FAQ and you're bailing on it after turn one, it's basically a tax. The warbuggys are okay but koptas can declare charges and isn't affected by vehicle damage rolls, scout, and has hit and run. But buggies do have outflank. It's personal taste really, I like buggies but koptas are dominant in the competitive scene. This leads to the central problem with your list, trying to make up model count so the MANz missile, tankbustas, and biker star don't get eaten alive. They will probably be targeted first. You should look into cutting their costs or finding points to upgrade them to battle, looted, or gun wagons instead of trukks. You can save points by cutting a dakkajet and a nob from the MANz unit. I find 4 to be ideal in terms of cc output before you start wasting points on attacks swinging at deadmen. If you do want to run a trukk list, a couple boyz in trukks aren't the worst thing. Keep them min size and naked, boss with a pole and big choppa. It's not competitive to spam them but to run a competitive trukk list at these point values I'd say you need at least 8 trukks.
I like your bikerstar/MANz missile concept, and the tankbustas are a solid choice. Nice job on character warmest, although I'd skip giving the nob in the bikerstar. If you're fighting something zhad can't kill, it's the nob who's going to be eating the challenge. Give him a big choppa or Keep the extra A. MSU obsec bike and grot combo lets you hold your backfield and mess with theirs. Good call.
Anyway, those are philosophical, the one big sin with your list is no Rams on the tankbustas trukks. You will definitely regret that come game time, cover is the only thing keeping them alive!
