DISCLAIMER: NO WRAITHS USED ON THIS LIST. I OWN NONE. YES I'M AWARE THEY ARE AWESOME.

That said, I wanted a list where I could showcase my 3 barges and surround them with strong options. The Decurion doesn't have an option that allows you to bring 3 barges like this so I went with CAD for it and maximized the benefit of objective secured.
I tend to see skyhammer often so I brought along some deathmarks to counter, and a C'tan deathstar to have a reliable hard hitting unit. I would prefer the Nightbringer C'tan but don't own one so gotta make due with the Deceiver.

Thoughts? Ideas?

Out of my Mind

Nothing wrong with not having Wraiths. You should be aware that the lack of an Assault element is going to be something that you could struggle with. The C'Tan is your one saving point, and he can be outmaneuvered or can't be in two places if it came to that. Praetorians would probably be the best fit based on this list if you wanted to avoid going with Wraiths.

As for the rest of the list, I think the only thing I'd recommend changing is the HQ choice and the 3rd Ghost Ark. Drop the Ark and add more models to that unit of Warriors. This will give you 'less eggs in one basket' scenario. If your opponent decides to shoot the unit on the ground, then you'll have the other 2 Ghost Arks to support it. Switching out the HQ to Szeras will give you 'Immortal Hubris', a Bubble +RP for when the Ghost Arks break, and a 36" shooting attack. With this setup, any of the buffs on that Warrior unit could be useful.

If your group uses the Draft FAQs this would be illegal and likely will be once the final FAQs are released:

I don't know a whole bunch about necrons so correct me if I'm wrong, just trying to help.

Do you have any flayed ones? Can you use them in this list. I'd swap out the deathmarks for flayed ones. They might not be as survivable as wraiths but they get uhhh infiltrate right? And they hit a bit harder. If playing orks taught me anything, you don't have to survive as long if you kill the other guy quicker! I'm sure necron players have a better suggestion, I just got the orkiest one.

I actually edited this list dropping the deathmarks for a unit of lychguard with shields and had them be bodyguard for the overlord.

Played the game and won a very very VERY hard fought game against Iron Hands + Thunderwolf Cavalry.

Some of the highlights
- C'tan assaulted the thunder wolf calvary thinking he was going to wreck face and instead got annihilated in 2 player turns! TWC > C'tan...lesson learned.

- Annihilation Barges completed decimated the TWC. Lesson learned...ABs are sweeeeeeeet!

- Overlord + Lychguard assaulted Iron Hands Captain smashface + his command squad on bikes and held the unit in combat for several turns lol before ultimately losing without killing any of them, but saving the game as the rest of my army was able to move around safely taking objectives and dealing out retribution to the rest of my opponent's force without much worry

- Annihilation Barges demolished Captain Smash face's command squad. Very much like with the TWC the ABs put in WORK for me. Nothing T5 with a 3+ was safe.

- Necron vehicles can't TANK SHOCK! wtf!...MIND BLOWN!

- Warriors suck in combat lol but will hold that line like it's no one's business!

Still, Wraiths are better than Lynchguard. Faster, harder hitting, more durable (with Decurion).
