Got an unidentified Blood Angels model sitting in bits in my 'to do' pile and not sure who he is. Can't post pictures at the moment so hoping a description will suffice for a genius Dakka-ite out there but if not I'll try and find a way to get a picture.

He's fully metal with a jump pack, power sword, hand flamer, and bare head. He's in a leaping pose with the sword held above his head, across his body. His base includes a few small rocks (probably for stability given his pose). Any ideas? I can't see anything matching on GW website or a google image search.

This one? That's the old Blood Angels Vanguard Veteran Sergeant. No longer available since GW stopped doing metals quite some time ago - they might re-release him in this "on demand" thing they're doing from time to time.
