Can move to unbound but I wanted to keep the CAD for objective secured.

It's a good list. 3 suggestions:
-If you drop the carapace armor from all 4 squads (which rarely helps my vets at all) that frees up about 12 flamers worth of points.
-Consider adding sponsons to your Russes. This will really up their firepower.
-You're rather low on anti-horde firepower (although you do have 4 multi-lasers , a bassy, and an exterminator). Consider dropping a Russ for some that kills horded (wyverns, 25 trooper autocannon grenade launcher platoon, etc).

Also, you lack bodies. You will be slaughtered without an infantry platoon with at least 3 Infantry squads and a heavy weapon squad or two.
