Hello All!

What have you got on your hobby plate this month?

Contest entries? Joining Paradigm's monthly painting competition on this forum?

Client requests? Prepping a customer's army for Adepticon or perhaps the LVO?

Personal projects? Trying out a new display piece or expanding your 'go to' force?

Some non-miniatures hobby related stuff? Making some progress on that servitor cosplay?

On my docket, I'm working out the cobwebs and am working on the captain to a space marine army I started this year. So far he's got a bit of red on him. I need to finish up that coat.

Also... if possible... feel free to plug your blog or thread where we might be able to catch a glimpse of the progress!

**General Annoyance**

I'm hoping that I get a lot done this year to fill up my new display cabinet. Joining the Monthly Challenge here should be good motivation to get painting - I just need to make sure I have all the parts for my models before I get started...

Also my blog is getting pretty dusty... need to work on that.

I'll also be starting a semi hobby related Channel on YouTube very soon. 2017 is forecast as promising for me

Get a decently-sized army!

None of my armies are over 1000 pts if you run wysiwyg. Gonna try to get my sm chapter at least over 1850, if not 2k. Also need to post more on here. Finally getting back into the swing of it, new blog posts here I come!

Trust me, full sized armies are a curse - I must have at least 4000 points worth of stuff that needs to be restored, piece by piece

I guess if you paint it along the way, it'll be a far more satisfying experience

Basically, paint more minis this year than last year, so at least 51. Should be easy, right? Let's hope so!

Commenting is appreciated, as it keeps me motivated so that I don't disappoint everyone by not finishing a project. I only added like 3 pages to my blog last year, which is pretty abysmal considering many blogs added 30+. That, in fact, is another of my goals, to keep my P&M blog updated more frequently (once in 2 weeks isn't gonna cut it).

Hopefully finish painting up my sample piece for my new counts as grey knights army based on a fluff piece I wrote for a sect of heresy era thousand sons elite warriors who stayed loyal to the emperor and helped in the early days of forming the inquisition who have been tasked with capturing and bringing to justice Ahriman and ending his quest of terror and knowledge seeking and have been following at his heels ever since.

Also gotta get my inquisitor finished up and a few more models built and painted for an inquisition escalation league I am joining up.

Would also like to make enough progress on these thousand sons exalted sorcerers I have built up and hopefully finish them before the month is up!

And finally I will be going home at the end of the month to get my minis from back in California to bring up here to Eugene and though I don't return til the first of February, hopefully I'll have gathered all the necessary bits, greenstuff, and paints in order to start converting all my old deathwing army into a Death Guard Vectorium which will be next months painting project!

I wanted to finish up my Space Marines in 2016. Now I'm looking to have them finished before the end of 2017! RL always takes priority and there was a lot of it (some good, some bad) last year. But at the same time I need to put less pressure on myself to get plastic toy soldiers painted!

Specifically in Jan I want to get my Vanguard Vets and Predator finished. I started them ages ago but kept getting distracted by other projects (and I've already been distracted by my Xmas drop pods and bikes!).

I also want to get back to some of my oldhammer stuff. Got some metal Terminators that need some paint.
