Do Chapter Tactics (like White Scars) confer to Space Wolves (like Skilled Rider), with new FAQ pls?

The temporary "trial" facebook FAQ's released for 40k said that Chapter Tactics no longer have an effect on Space Wolves units they are joined to.

However, since the Official Release of an FAQ, I cannot find this same ruling anywhere in it.
Did they leave it out, as in no longer in effect? or is it that this New Official FAQ is the latest rulings, where otherwise the 'unofficial' FAQ holds true?

Essentially, I'd like to join a Libriarian to my Space Wolves Wulfen unit to give it Invis (legal) and claim White Scars for Hit&Run awesomeness too.

All that's rolling at the moment is that

1. USR that affect units if one model has it is still legit within its defined limits
2. Chapter tactics only cease to apply if two different sources of chapter tactics (in the sense of Codex: Astartes Chapter Tactics bonus rule ) are in the same unit.

Since 1 applies as standard and 2. isn't affected since SW don't have a Chapter Tactics bonus rule, I think you're clear

The official FAQ that has been released only covers Main Rule Book FAQs. The Space Marine one has not been officially released.

And the Draft FAQ does say that Chapter Tactics are lost when you mix those Factions.

So, as long as the group you play with uses the Draft FAQs, that is still in effect.
