Hi people. So I want to expand my collection of daemons to make a full-fledged army. Here's what I got :

Great Unclean One (converted model).

Herald of Nurgle.

20 Bloodletters.

10 Plague Bearers.

20 Flesh Hounds.

6 Blood Crushers (one can be used as an Herald).

1 Daemon Prince.

So, any suggestions if I want to play polygods ?

Are you wanting to keep the Khorne/Nurgle theme, or would you be open to expand to Slaanesh & Tzeentch?

If sticking with K/N, then you need to pick up a box of Nurglings. The box suggests it only makes 3 models, but it you get extra bases, you can easily make 6 (2 units of 3). I got 9 out of the box, but it involved a bit of work.
Other than that, making a Crusher into a Herald is a good idea. Heck, make 2 of them Heralds, 1 for the Crushers, and 1 for the Hounds.

For Tzeentch/Slaanesh, a unit of Horrors is a good idea, although I might wait a month or so as there may be a box of Blue/Brimstones on the way (fingers crossed). Tzeentch Heralds are also a great source of Warp Charge and powers. Put them on Discs and get some Screamers. The Chariot box has a ton of bits for this.

Would you recommend more Deamon princes as Heavy support or soul grinders ?

That depends. Both are good options

More DPs are always a good choice, and 3 Nurgle princes are the only way to do Heavy support Princes, because auto Shroud and optional Balesword
1 Soul Grinder is a great investment for Daemons, but can be an easy target as the only vehicle in your army. If you get Grinders, do 3 as a ForgeHost formation.

Personally, I would do more DPs.

And for the psychic powers of these DP / herald, etc., what would you recommend ?

If you go the Nurgle DP route, Biomancy is a good choice for Endurance, Iron Arm, Warp Speed. Telepathy is also great for Invis, Shroud (on other units) & Shriek, although it you really want those, just take Belakor

For Heralds, I pretty much just spam Malefic. Maybe 1 take Divination, but you really want to roll Malefic on every psyker until you get Cursed Earth, Incursion & Sacrifice. Once you get those powers, then you can deviate from Malefic

One box of screamers and one chariot will net you 5 screamers, one disc herald, and one exalted flamer (plus a few blue horrors). Do this twice. You now have a screamer star and a couple cheap exalted flamers who have decent shooting abilities in an army with few shots.
